MotoMini Austria and Jakub Kornfeil (together the “Organizers”) are running this giveaway. The giveaway starts at the moment the giveaway post is published on Instagram and ends on 28 February 2026 at 23:59 CET. To enter, participants must comment on the giveaway post during the giveaway period; one entry per person applies, and the Organizers may disqualify spam, fake accounts or any attempt to manipulate the giveaway.

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid comments and will receive one (1) Kornfeil Schooling Day (the “Prize”). The Prize is provided by Jakub Kornfeil and is subject to availability, meaning it can only be redeemed on dates and at circuits where training spots are still available; if a preferred date/location is fully booked, the winner must choose another available option. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the Prize does not include any personal expenses such as travel, accommodation, fuel, motorcycle/equipment, insurance, licenses or similar costs. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Participation is open to all ages; however, if the winner is under 18, the Prize can only be claimed and redeemed once the Organizers have obtained approval from the winner’s parent(s) or legal guardian(s). The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message from the official MotoMini Austria account only and must respond within 48 hours; if the winner does not respond in time, is ineligible, fails verification, or (if under 18) the required parental/guardian approval is not obtained within the timeframe set by the Organizers, the Prize is forfeited and an alternative winner may be selected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organizers are not responsible for technical issues (including Instagram outages), lost or delayed entries, fully booked dates, schedule changes, or third-party services. Participation in the training day is at the winner’s own risk and is subject to the Prize Provider’s and venue’s safety rules and conditions, and the winner is responsible for meeting all participation requirements. Personal data provided for prize fulfillment will be used solely to administer the giveaway and arrange redemption of the Prize and will be deleted when no longer necessary, subject to legal retention obligations. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram/Meta. These terms are governed by Austrian law and the place of jurisdiction is Vienna, insofar as legally permissible.
